About the Position

The Brand Manager is a strategic thinker, creator and marketer, responsible for heightening Red Rabbit's innovative meal service and education programs to engage our stakeholders. This position will require a strong leader with an entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit to be successful.

We are seeking candidates with strong brand management experience, with a particular focus on running brand building campaigns. A strong emphasis will be placed on candidates' project management and ability to generate original content (blogs, videos, newsletters, etc.

The individual will also establish and maintain strategic partnerships with like-minded organizations that enhance the company's reach while supporting community engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop brand image and positioning, including creative design and content creation.

  • Serve as an advisor to communications team overseeing partner correspondence; cover all customer touch-points, from daily communications to packaging and uniforms.

  • Build strategic campaigns to attract new schools and daycares and consistently improve channels

  • Stay abreast of government and nutrition guidelines regarding food policy and childhood nutrition

  • Guide the strategic direction of social media engagement; identify and build relationships with influential bloggers, consumers and influencers in the digital space.

  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with like-minded organizations to grow the Red Rabbit brand and reach; represent Red Rabbit at strategic partner events.

 

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years experience as a successful Brand or Marketing Manager, ideally in a relevant children's or K-12 marketplace.

  • Food or nutrition experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Demonstrated creative ability, with a focus on digital communication. Experience with hubspot a plus.

  • Expert in the latest social media and digital marketing trends and platforms.

  • 3 years experience managing strategic partnerships.

  • Ability to analyze and measure social engagement, and demonstrate delivery against campaign objectives.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be part of a growing, mission-based company
