Summary of Responsibilities:

Coordinate, create, and provide operational services for and serve as representative of the Food Systems (FS) Graduate Program. Assist program leadership and participate in decision-making processes. Oversee operational budget, financial processes, and perform financial transactions. Provide direction and assistance to students related to their academic, internship or career direction. Develop and maintain presentation materials for external and internal constituents, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain confidentiality. Report to Faculty Program Director and the Dean of the Graduate College in support of the FS graduate program and students.


Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience):

Bachelor’s degree with one to three years of related experience required. Effective interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple responsibilities required. Familiarity with database management/Excel required.


Desirable Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Office, UVM software (Peoplesoft, WebXtender, Banner, RepGen, etc), Photoshop, Drupal, and webpage implementation highly desirable. Experience working in a College/University setting desirable. Ability to work interdependently and autonomously
