Food Tank Summit

Food Tank, in collaboration with the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University and Oxfam America, is excited to announce the inaugural Boston Food Tank Summit. This two-day event will feature more than three dozen different speakers from the food and agriculture field. Researchers, farmers, chefs, policy makers, government officials, and students will come together for discussions on diverse topics. The theme for the Summit is Investing in Discovery.

This is the second event in our 2017 Food Tank Summit Series, which will bring together some of the world’s most impactful food system leaders. Last year, the Food Tank Summits sold out and drew in more than 31,300 livestream viewers. This is a can’t miss event for 2017!

On April 1st, experts and top leaders across all sectors of the food world will come together for interactive panels and discussion moderated by top journalists. The entire first day will be live streamed on www.FoodTank.com

On the morning of April 2nd, Food + Future will host a walking tour of their facility. After a networking breakfast, Food + Future will share with attendees its vision of using radical collaboration and transparency to innovate within the food system.

This event will take place at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Boston, MA.

For those unable to join us in person please rest assured that our FREE livestream is going to be incredible including back stage interviews and deep dive discussions that you will not be able to watch anywhere else! For example we are doing a special extended segment with The Atlantic's Corby Kummer, Wholesome Wave’s Michel Nischan, and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Keri Glassman.

Also we will be showing the online conversation via a giant screen in the auditorium. So add your voice throughout the Summit by posting your comments, questions, input to #FoodTank via Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook.
