Former farm staff and CSA expert Stacey Daley will guide you through several methods of vegetable preservation, answer canning questions and provide ideas for what to do with all those tomatoes! You will take home several delicious preserved types of produce as well as recipes for future vegetable preservation and canning.
Waltham Fields Community Farm is a 501(c)3 non-profit farm that is dedicated to promoting local agriculture and food access through our farming operations and educational programs, using practices that are socially, ecologically, and economically sustainable.
