Produce and Customer Experience Specialist

We are currently looking for a Produce and Customer Experience Specialist who is able to perform a variety of functions in support of our core value: Providing Exceptional Customer Service. This flexible position will work with our produce through multiple stages of its OGC lifecycle from farm to store including:

  • Assisting the sales department with customer orders
  • Performing quality checks and other quality assurance functions to ensure our customers are receiving the best OGC has to offer
  • Transit van deliveries to customers, mainly in the Downtown Portland area, including occasional in-store support
  • And More!

We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in the produce industry, preferably with organic produce, a valid Class C driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience, and experience with customer service in a retail environment is a plus.


Compensation: This position is paid hourly, $15/hr or more
